Architect Chris Harty formed Christopherchris Pty Ltd in 2003 as a mechanism of exploring architectural ideas, realising the dreams developed throughout years of study, travel and working throughout Australia. Christopherchris was proud to be one of five Australian practices listed in Wallpaper Magazine's 101 World's Most Exciting Architects in 2007.
Chris now works for the architectural firm SJB.
Michael O'Sullivan
Topic: Case Study - Kew House 3
As Principal Designer, Michael launched Vibe Design Group through Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in 2005. With over 25 years experience in the design industry, his enthusiasm has been injected into the format of the company, with their ethos being 'A passion for design and a focus on excellence'. Since it's inception less than five years ago, Vibe's designs have received accolade in national awards, including the coveted Design of the Year in 2008. Recent projects have also attracted international attention from design magazines, books, websites and newspapers, including the appearance of Kew House 3 in the New York Times, September 2011.
The scope of projects designed and documented by Vibe Design Group includes high-end residential (new homes and extensive renovations), light commercial and multi-residential developments. Michael's strength lies in his ability to understand wholly the wants and wishes of the clients, which are transformed into a unique and exciting design solution. The integrity of each design is ensured through the construction phase given Vibe's due diligence and attention to detail in their documentation.
Dr. Albert P. Haddad from Leadwise

Albert Haddad is the founder and Director of Leadwise Consulting since 2004. He is a dynamic, energetic, creative, outcome-focused facilitator with an excellent reputation and track record in leadership and management development. After enjoying a successful research science career for eighteen years, in 2000 Albert embarked on a new career in Human Resources. Albert has led and managed a number of professional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Albert holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Organizational Change. His area of interest is in how leadership identities are established and reframed in situations of organizational change.
Albert has extensive experience in the areas of leadership development and coaching with a specialist skill in Individual and Team Development interventions to improve organizational capability and customer service to achieve organizational outcomes.
Albert has a proven track record in designing, coordinating and facilitating leadership programs in many organizations. These organizations include Western Water, City West Water, The University on Ballarat, East Gippsland Shire Council, Australian Red Cross Blood Services, The Queen Victoria Market and many others.
Gary Takle
Topic: Marketting and Business - How to Reach the Right Customer in a Difficult Market
At the age of six, Gary Takle demonstrated his love for built form by designing and constructing his first cubby house. With each proceeding year, Gary's appreciation for the good design of anything house and home grew. Combined with a history in the publishing industry, it saw him champion Think Publishing and consequently create numerous architectural, interior and garden titles. With a focus on modern spaces, these books include Best Contemporary Country Houses, Houses for Small Spaces, 100 Australian Gardens & Landscapes and Australia's Best Houses. Gary enjoys his passion for design and hence devotes much of his time to sourcing leading-edge projects for inclusion in his many titles. It is Gary's keen understanding of what is required to create a home and garden to serve our modern lifestyle that has been the securer of his success in the industry.
